Tingling and bleeding while peeing?

i was using primolut-n to postpone my period then i had sex with my boyfriend last week. it was my first time and we didnt use condom. while i was on my period we had sex again without condom then my period extended a little then it has over. and now while i m peeing my vagina tingling and bleeding help whats wrong??
