How would you approach this? teacher, parent, student?

A director of a "spirit organization" and teacher who moonlights as an NBA cheerleader is seen with two of their students and moms at a local restaurant after a school function. The teacher is consuming alcohol with the parents in the presence of their students. Is this a violation of teacher code of ethics? And is it a violation to tell young impressionable teenage girls that they could never cut it as a professional cheerleader?
