What is the most violent video game?

Dead Space 2 is probably the most violent game I have ever seen. I wouldn't personally say GTAIV is the most violent game though in terms of content. Sure, it dives deep into the underworld of gangs, mobs and what have you, but those aren't exactly "violent" per se.
