Can you please correct the mistakes of this letter?

There are quite a few grammatical mistakes in this letter. The one that stands out most is starting a sentence with the word 'And'. Also, you seem to have trouble with placing your commas' correctly. If you have been studying for a so called Master's, you would already have a degree of some sort, thus, having a certificate that you have obtained.
