WHY AM I LIKE THIS????????

Might be your brain subconsciously repressing things that happened in the past. Try and remember stuff that happens from now, if you know it's important and you want to remember then guard against forgetting. When something happens, remember it and say 'that's the way that happened, because I know'. If you have certainty that something happened then the doubt of others won't mean much.
