Please help. I think I have screwed up an impressionable child ?

I was at my friends house and she was looking after her four -year -old niece for the day. One of our friends got the clap so I (not wanting to say the word in front of the kid) said "amy has the and then I clapped. But then her niece starting clapping too and then she started saying I've got the and then she clapped. What if she does it to her parents. I know I won't get into trouble but my friend will. She's really angry at me'. What can we do ?
