Is this too early to have an ultrasound to determine gender?

The policy of the doctors office will determine weather they tell you the gender or not. Some will, some won't. They are afraid of telling you the wrong gender and getting in trouble after you have already painted the nursery and settled on the idea or the gender. But, as the tech about it. You can try drinking OJ. but the baby will do what it wants to do :)
