Ok take a breathe and think! What he is telling her when shes with him is called parental alienation, and it IS illegal. If you can, try to find a lawyer to help you, document the things he has told her, how many times she calls you upset over it, and if you have anyone willing to come forward, notify them of the court date and call them as witnesses to what he has done. Try to talk to him directly only when it concerns your daughter, and hardest of all, DO NOT say anything bad in return about her father, try to avoid talking about him unless she brings him up, then be sympathetic of course, but do not bad mouth him. Good luck to you, I know it will be hard not to say something back, but you have to do your best for her sake.
