Drug Testing and MEPS?

Ok, I smoked ONE HIT of Marijuana 12 days ago while drunk at a party. I know it was stupid and irresponsible. It had been well over a year since I had smoked. I began cleansing the following day. I am 6'4 170ibs and have a HIGH metabolism. I workout regularly and drink lots of fluids. I passed a home test 5 days after smoking that one hit. I heard the MEPS test is a lot more sensitive than a standard urine test. Is this true? Should I postpone my appointment today?
